Who we are

LyteTech Connect is a WiFi internet service run by Lyte Technologies. We provide fast, affordable internet to students where they live, so that studying, research, video calls and staying in touch do not depend on expensive mobile data.

The service runs on high-speed satellite internet and professional WiFi equipment, with access points across the building so the signal reaches students' rooms.

How it works

Students connect to the LyteTech Cornerstone hostel WiFi network, choose a data bundle or a time pass on our sign-in page, and pay with Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash or AirtelTigo Money). Payment is processed securely by Paystack. As soon as the payment is approved, the phone is online. There is no SIM card, no contract and no registration form.

Each customer's balance is shown on their own page at wifi.lytetech.org, so they always know how much data they have left and when it expires.
